up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
up to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the booked services,
from 2 weeks before arrival: 80% of the booked services,
from 2 days before arrival: 100% of the booked services.
The right of cancellation according to §11 para. 1 FAGG does not apply.
