How to get there by car

– From Salzburg:

Take the A1 motorway and then the A10 towards Villach. At Villach, take the exit towards Klagenfurt and follow the signs to Pörtschach. The journey takes approx. 2 hours.

– From Vienna:

Take the A2 motorway in the direction of Graz/Klagenfurt. At Klagenfurt change to the A11 motorway and follow the signs to Pörtschach. The journey takes approx. 3 hours.

– From Italy:

Take the A23 motorway (Venice-Trieste) to Slovenia, then continue on the A1/E61 towards Ljubljana, then take the A2 towards Graz and continue to Pörtschach. Alternatively, you can take the motorway to Villach and then turn off to Pörtschach.

– From Slovenia:

Take the A1/E61 towards Ljubljana, then continue on the A2 to Klagenfurt and finally to Pörtschach.

Travelling by train

The nearest railway station is Pörtschach am Wörthersee. From here, our hotel is easily accessible by taxi or a short walk. The train station is well connected to the Austrian railway network, so you can also travel comfortably from Vienna, Graz, Klagenfurt or other cities.

Travelling by plane:

The nearest airport is Klagenfurt (approx. 20 km away). From there you can reach our hotel in about 20 minutes by taxi or hire car.
