Earth

Intensity: **

The Muladhara chakra (root chakra) is located at the bottom of the spine and helps us to maintain our balance and grounding. Our thoughts often wander far into the future or we dwell too much on the past. In the “Earth” yoga class, we work with our roots and learn to stay in the “here and now”, recognise opportunities and live with gratitude. Join in and experience the grounding effect of yoga for yourself!

Fire

Would you like to revitalise your body and mind and recharge your batteries? Then the “Fire” yoga class is just the thing for you! In this yoga class, we also work with “Agni”, our inner fire, and energise the body with active exercises. You will balance your Manipura Chakra (solar plexus) and thus strengthen your courage and willpower – get active and ignite your inner fire in this yoga class!

Water

Intensity: ***

In the “Water” yoga class, we focus on the primal lust for life and creativity. Flowing physical exercises and varied flows inspired by “Vinyasa” get body and mind moving. Let your breath and your movements flow in this yoga class!

Air

Intensity: *

In the element “air/spirit”, we work with our brow chakra (third eye) to strengthen our intuition, knowledge of human nature and perception. In the “Air” yoga class, we will focus intensively on the breath and learn various breathing techniques. Join us and let yourself be carried away into the world of meditation in combination with light physical exercises!

 

Yoga

* Duration: 60-75min

* Pranayama (breathing exercises) asana (physical exercises), kriya (energy management exercises) and meditation are included in each session in varying intensity.
