With its nine golf courses Carinthia is a real paradise for friends of this sport. Around Wörthersee itself there are four top-class courses that can be reached in a maximum of 20 minutes by car from our hotel.

Golf creates many differences of opinion and not just between golfers and non-golfers. There are also differences of opinion among those who move around on the fairways and greens.
For many golf begins at 1 below par, others enjoy the scenery and look on this sport as a well-directed walk with a ball and a number 7 iron.
The southern location in the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia caters for a pleasant almost Mediterranean climate so that the golf season can begin somewhat earlier than elsewhere in Austria.
